Pregnancy is a challenging period for all mothers across the globe. Moms are on the verge of giving birth to extraordinary beings, so this is when they require the most affection and nurturing. Unfortunately, Natajuli, a dog who was nine weeks pregnant and carrying 14 puppies in her belly, did not receive the care she deserved during this time.

Natajuli was abandoned near a shelter called Instituto Amor em Patas (IAPA) on a chilly December day. It happened to be Christmas Eve, and she was on the brink of giving birth. How heart-wrenching!
She was extremely frail, incapable of standing, and terrified when the shelter staff discovered her. Given her intense fear, it took some time to alleviate her distress.

As a fiercely protective mother, she was very cautious when she first encountered the volunteers at the shelter. However, over time, she let her guard down and began to interact with them.
“Take a look inside her belly; there might be 13 or 14 babies in there. She’s incredibly weak, so we’re attempting to schedule her examination for tomorrow,” stated a volunteer at the shelter.

When the time came for Natajuli to give birth to her offspring, everything was meticulously prepared. “Tonight will be an exceptionally long night for Natajuli and for us. Prepare for her ultrasound to ensure that everything is in order,” a shelter member shared on a social media post.
After successfully delivering her precious children, Natajuli was brought back to the shelter with the necessary assistance for the puppies’ arrival. She displayed true bravery and succeeded in her task. The first newborn is a remarkably bright young boy.

To everyone’s astonishment, Natajuli gave birth to 14 lovable offspring, which was truly extraordinary.
Afterward, Natalie was taken to the veterinarian along with her 14 pups for a brief checkup, ultrasound, and blood tests. She appeared flushed and must have been exhausted, but all 14 puppies are healthy and well-fed.

“I was on the verge of tears when I saw her smiling because her little ones are so adorable; I just want to shower them with kisses,” shared a member of the shelter.
